Our Story
McCaslin-Hill Construction, Inc. was established in 1991 when Tim Hill fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own business. Previously, Tim worked at McCaslin Properties, a well-regarded Dallas development and construction firm. He gained extensive construction experience in both building and interior finish outs while serving as the firm’s Vice President of Construction. (more)

As President and Chief Executive Officer of McCaslin-Hill Construction, Tim provides day-to-day leadership and management oversight. Over 30 years of construction experience prepared Tim for this role when he incorporated the company in 1991 and became the sole owner. (more)
